Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe? 
Our mugs and can glasses are printed, so they are not made with vinyl. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we do recommend handwashing, just to preserve the designs as long as possible. The stainless steel travel mugs and wine tumblers are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

How long does shipping take? 
Orders placed before 3 pm CST ship next business day.  This does not apply to holidays.  From time to time there might be circumstances that prevent us from shipping next business day, however orders will always be shipped within 3 business days. Once it's shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number, and that's how you can track your package. 

Can I change the address on my order?
We are unable to change your address once the order has been shipped, but please contact customer service at hi@madeformamashop.com to see if your order is eligible for an address change. Please reference your order number and include the new shipping address in your email.

Do you make custom mugs?
Yes, but on a limited basis. For custom orders we require a minimum purchase of 72 mugs + a design fee. If you are interested, please email us at hi@madeformamashop.com with more information about your project as well as your desired timeline.
